Terms of service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Official website: ip123.us
Contact email: support@ip123.us
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and the operator identified above ("IP123," "we," or "us") regarding access to the IP123 website, account registration and use, the purchase and use of proxy services, related API calls, and the IP123 Lookup query and testing tools.
Please pay particular attention to fees and renewals, refunds, acceptable use, service suspension, liability, and dispute resolution. We will make these Terms available for review and confirmation at appropriate stages, including registration and checkout. Notices, consent, and other grounds for processing personal information are addressed separately under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
1. Scope and Relationship Between Documents
- These Terms apply to the official IP123 website at ip123.us, and the user dashboard, related documentation, proxy services, APIs, and Lookup tools provided through it.
- Product specifications, prices, rental periods, billing rules, and support commitments shown when you place an order form part of that order. A separate written agreement takes precedence for matters it expressly addresses. Otherwise, specific order terms prevail over the general provisions of these Terms, without reducing your rights under applicable law.
- The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is processed. Specific commitments made before a transaction in advertising, on product pages, or by support have the effect provided by law and are not excluded by general statements in these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
- You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter into and perform this agreement. If acting for a business or another organization, you must have valid authorization and ensure that actual users comply with these Terms.
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date necessary account details, and use email addresses and payment methods you are authorized to use. If you sign in through Google or another third-party account, that provider's authentication rules also apply.
- Safeguard account passwords, verification codes, proxy credentials, and API Keys, and restrict access as needed. If you discover a leak, unusual charges, or unauthorized use, promptly stop using the affected credentials and contact us. Each party is responsible according to its fault and applicable law.
- Do not sell, rent, or transfer accounts without our consent, or share accounts to bypass plan or authorization limits. These restrictions do not prevent access by authorized employees or systems within the specifications you purchased.
3. Services and Product Boundaries
- IP123 currently provides static residential proxies, static datacenter proxies, static IPv6 proxies, AI proxies, and related management features. Other plans, traffic products, referral benefits, and additional features are available only when actually launched and expressly described.
- Residential, datacenter, and ISP describe network origin or product attributes; IPv4 and IPv6 describe address protocols; AI-specific describes intended use. These concepts are not interchangeable. Whether a product is static, dedicated, rotating, or supports sticky sessions depends on its express description.
- Static proxies generally retain the same address during the valid rental period. If a change is needed because of a network failure, upstream resource adjustment, legal compliance, or a replacement you confirm, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide a solution under the order commitments. "Static" does not give you ownership of the IP address or a permanent right to keep it after expiry.
- Supported regions, cities, carriers, protocols, authentication methods, bandwidth, quantities, and rental periods are determined by the order confirmation. Check HTTP and SOCKS5 support separately. IPv6 products also require compatibility with your client and the target service.
- AI proxies provide network access only. They do not include third-party AI accounts, model subscriptions, API Keys, usage quotas, or authorization from target platforms. Unless expressly promised in a specific order, we do not guarantee permanent access to every website or platform, successful account registration, risk scores, business returns, or accounts remaining unrestricted.
- Lookup provides IP information, attribution, risk and AI-service assessments, and browser environment checks. Results depend on data updates, network paths, browser permissions, and third-party rules. They aid judgment and do not establish personal identity, precise physical location, fraud, or a target platform's final decision.
4. Ordering and Delivery
- Before ordering, verify the product type, region, quantity, rental period, bandwidth, protocol, total price, and target-service requirements. Delivery follows the confirmed order and actual payment result. We will explain the status and provide appropriate handling if stock is unavailable, payment is unconfirmed, or deployment fails.
- Unless an order expressly states otherwise, the rental period begins when deployment is complete and connection details are available in the dashboard. A different start rule expressly disclosed in the order applies as stated. Undisclosed rules may not retroactively shorten the rental period.
- After delivery, promptly check the connection details and test in your actual environment. Report problems with your order number, test time, target service, and redacted error information. You do not need to send account passwords, complete API Keys, or unrelated personal information to support.
- Advertised bandwidth, availability, and delivery speed are interpreted according to the specific commitments. Unless an order expressly includes a service-level agreement, general promotional figures do not automatically create a separate compensation formula. We must still honor our quality and delivery commitments.
5. Pricing, Payments, and Account Balance
- Fees are calculated using the billing unit, rental period, and quantity shown in the order. Currency, taxes, payment fees, exchange methods, and discount conditions must be disclosed before payment confirmation. We do not charge undisclosed fees without your consent.
- Payment methods may include account balance, third-party payment services, cards, and digital assets such as USDT and USDC, as actually offered at checkout and permitted by local law. For payments combining external funds and balance, the allocation follows the order record.
- For digital-asset payments, verify the asset, blockchain network, address, amount, and validity period. Transfers to the wrong address or network, underpayments, or late payments may not be credited automatically. We will reasonably assist with verification but cannot guarantee recovery of blockchain transfers. We bear responsibility under law for losses caused by incorrect payment information we provide.
- Account balance pays for IP123 services and is not a deposit, investment, or interest-bearing service. Paid funds and bonus, discount, or referral benefits are handled separately under their disclosed rules. Balance refund rights are governed by Section 7.
- Price changes apply only to new orders or later renewals that may lawfully and contractually be adjusted. They do not retroactively change confirmed order prices. A one-time payment does not authorize ongoing external automatic debits without your separate authorization.
6. Rental Periods, Renewals, and Expiry
- Resources are available only during a valid rental period. After expiry, service may stop and resources may be reclaimed. Original IP addresses, ports, and credentials are not guaranteed to remain available. Check expiry times and renewal results promptly.
- Auto-renewal runs only after you explicitly enable it and have been informed of the renewal period, price or calculation method, funding source, and cancellation method. Attempt timing and charging rules follow the information shown when you enable it.
- You can disable future auto-renewal in the dashboard or contact support if unable to do so. Cancellation stops renewal charges not yet executed; it does not reverse completed renewal orders. Refunds for completed orders are handled under Section 7 and applicable law.
- Insufficient balance, failed payments, nonrenewable resources, or other issues may cause renewal failure. Enabling auto-renewal does not mean renewal has completed. We must provide a verifiable renewal status and reasonable notice of issues we identify and can communicate.
7. Refunds and After-Sales Support
IP123 refund rules are governed by the order page, service description, applicable promotion rules at the time of purchase, and this section.
1. When You May Request a Refund or Review
- Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by system or payment errors.
- Purchased services cannot be activated or used normally for an extended period for reasons attributable to us.
- Within 24 hours of purchase, a proxy cannot connect or has network-quality problems that cannot be resolved through replacement. Under this guarantee, we refund the full cost of the affected services; if the entire order is affected, we refund all related service fees for that order.
- A product page or order expressly promises replacement or a refund. Guarantees within 24 hours of activation, inability to access specified target websites, and similar cases are handled under the specific commitments made when you purchased.
- Other cases where law requires a refund. After the 24-hour guarantee ends, you may still request review of refunds legally available for nondelivery or quality problems.
2. When Refunds Are Generally Unavailable
The following cases are generally nonrefundable, unless the law or the page shown at purchase provides otherwise:
- Service portions properly provided and already used or consumed by you.
- Expectations are not met because of your equipment, local network, proxy configuration, third-party platform accounts, or changes in third-party rules.
- The service matches the purchase description, but you change your purpose, select the wrong region, or no longer need it.
- Requests to cash out noncash benefits such as promotional gifts, coupons, discounts, or invitation-code rewards.
- Special services clearly marked as nonrefundable before purchase.
If an account is restricted, suspended, or terminated for a violation, used services, unperformed portions, and remaining balance are accounted for separately. The entire balance is not automatically forfeited.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us promptly through website or dashboard support with your order number, relevant payment records, a description of the problem, and necessary redacted screenshots or logs. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or complete API Keys.
After receiving the necessary materials, we will investigate and inform you of the result. We will also explain if more information or further troubleshooting is needed.
Confirmed refunds normally return through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. With your consent, they may be credited to your IP123 balance. Receipt timing depends on the payment provider's processing.
For deposit refunds, unspent paid funds and bonus benefits are reviewed separately. If we cannot continue providing services for reasons attributable to us, we refund fees for the unperformed portion. Other cases follow the deposit terms and applicable law.
8. Use Restrictions and Enforcement
Use IP123 lawfully and properly, complying with laws, valid contracts, and platform rules applicable to you, the target service, and the relevant data. Whether acting yourself or through employees, contractors, or automation, you must not engage in or assist the following activities.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Transaction fraud, money laundering, identity theft, unauthorized card use, malicious chargebacks, evasion of applicable sanctions or export controls, or other illegal transactions. Genuine payment disputes and lawful refund requests are not malicious chargebacks.
- DDoS, DoS, or other network attacks; unauthorized scanning, penetration, or system intrusion; credential stuffing, account theft or takeover, unlawful access-control bypass; or creating, deploying, or distributing malware.
- Phishing, impersonation, spam or harassment, fake traffic, ad clicks, reviews or social engagement, or other manipulation of platform data.
- Unauthorized access to nonpublic systems or data; unlawful acquisition, use, or trade in personal information, credentials, payment details, or other sensitive data. Obtain valid prior authorization for access, collection, or security tests that require it.
- Infringing others' copyright, trademarks, privacy, image rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights, or helping others do so.
- Imposing unreasonable load on IP123, target services, or third-party networks through abnormal requests, resource consumption, or other means; or evading lawful or contractual rate, concurrency, region, traffic, or security limits. "Unlimited traffic" does not permit attacks or network disruption. We will not impose extra charges based on undisclosed traffic thresholds for normal use that complies with the plan.
- Without our written consent, reselling, subleasing, or sharing proxy resources, credentials, or API access with the general public; operating an open proxy requiring no authorization; or building a commercial service that competes directly with IP123 using our services. Internal use by employees or systems as permitted by the plan is not restricted by this provision.
- Creating or distributing content that harms minors; exploiting, grooming, or harming minors; or endangering critical infrastructure, public safety, or anyone's physical safety.
2. Complaint Review and Service Restrictions
We promptly investigate abuse complaints, unusual activity, and lawful requests from competent authorities, and may request necessary explanations of use or proof of authorization.
For ongoing attacks, clearly unlawful conduct, or escalating security risks, we may restrict requests, disable credentials, or suspend services without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations or risks that cannot be eliminated may result in order termination or permanent account closure. Measures must be proportionate to the violation and risk.
Where law permits and doing so does not hinder investigation or risk mitigation, we explain the reasons and provide an appeal channel. If you believe a decision is wrong, submit explanations and evidence through official support for review.
3. Consequences of Violations and Fee Handling
You bear the consequences of third-party account bans, business interruption, service stoppage, or data loss caused by your violations. To the extent permitted by law, IP123 is not liable for losses caused solely by those violations.
Fees for properly provided services already used or consumed are generally not returned. Unperformed services, unspent paid balance, and substantiated losses are handled separately under Section 7 and applicable law. This does not affect liability for IP123's own fault or mandatory refund or compensation obligations.
4. Record Retention and Cooperation with Investigations
To protect accounts and networks, investigate abuse, conduct security audits, and meet legal obligations, we record and retain account details, sign-in records, proxy allocation records, and order and billing information as necessary. Fields, retention periods, access, and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Retention is neither indefinite nor unrelated to these purposes.
When law or a competent authority lawfully requests an investigation or information, we verify its basis and scope and cooperate within legal authority and necessity. This does not mean directly disclosing your account or business information to any complainant.
9. Maintenance, Changes, and Termination
- We give advance notice of scheduled maintenance or major feature changes where reasonably practicable. For urgent outages, security incidents, or mandatory requirements, we promptly share disclosable explanations and recovery progress.
- For unpaid orders, suspected illegality, serious security risks, payment disputes, or material breaches, we may suspend related services only as necessary for investigation. Disputed facts are subject to reasonable opportunities for appeal and review.
- You may stop using services, disable auto-renewal, and request account closure. Account closure, personal-data deletion, and outstanding fees or refunds are handled separately. Closure does not automatically extinguish lawful accrued rights and obligations.
- If we end paid services early for business reasons, we must give reasonable notice, settle fees for unperformed services, and handle related data properly. Termination for user violations does not automatically forfeit all balance; provided services, refundable amounts, and substantiated losses must be calculated lawfully.
10. Data and Confidentiality
- We process personal information under the Privacy Policy. For third-party personal information you entrust to us, both parties meet obligations appropriate to their roles and applicable law, signing a separate data processing agreement where needed. These Terms do not automatically authorize unrelated use of your business data.
- Both parties must protect nonpublic business information and access credentials learned during performance. Exceptions cover lawful disclosure, disclosure authorized by the rights holder, and information lawfully public. Legally required disclosure must be limited to what is necessary.
- Do not send sensitive information over unencrypted connections. Proxies do not guarantee end-to-end anonymity, encryption, or invisibility to target platforms or network operators. The actual protection provided by HTTPS and other encryption depends on the complete connection configuration.
11. Intellectual Property and Feedback
- Rights in the website, software, documents, interfaces, and trademarks belong to us or their lawful owners. Payment grants the agreed right to use services, not ownership of intellectual property or IP addresses.
- You retain rights to your lawful data, content, and business results. Materials sent to support authorize use only as needed to handle inquiries, maintain services, and perform lawful obligations.
- Do not infringe others' intellectual property or misuse IP123 branding to imply partnership, certification, or endorsement. Feedback must not contain third-party confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
12. Scope of Liability
- We must provide the agreed services with reasonable care. Internet-service risks do not release us from applicable delivery, quality, security, or refund obligations.
- Client errors, local network failures, target-platform decisions, and other third-party causes may affect use. Liability depends on cause, control, each party's fault, and specific commitments; our promised or mandatory responsibilities are not excluded.
- To the extent permitted by law, each party is liable according to its fault for causally connected, reasonably foreseeable, and provable losses, and must take reasonable steps to mitigate them. The same loss cannot be compensated twice.
- These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intent or gross negligence, personal injury or personal-information liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or consumer rights that cannot be waived. Force majeure applies only to its actual effects; the affected party must notify promptly, provide reasonable evidence, and mitigate losses.
13. Updates and Notices
- We publish updated Terms and their effective date. Material changes to fees, renewals, refunds, liability, or other important rights are announced reasonably in advance through page notices, dashboard messages, email, or similar means, with renewed confirmation where law requires.
- Updates generally apply to use and new transactions after they take effect, without retroactively reducing confirmed-order rights. If you disagree with material changes, you may stop new purchases, cancel future renewals, and handle existing orders under their original valid terms and applicable law.
- Account, security, payment, and service notices may be sent through registered email, the dashboard, or support. Marketing subscriptions and opt-outs are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact
- This agreement is governed by [To be confirmed: the applicable country or region's laws], without excluding mandatory law and consumer protection applicable under conflict-of-law rules.
- For disputes, first contact online support or support@ip123.us. If negotiations fail, submit the matter to [To be confirmed: the competent court and location] under law. Other lawful complaint, regulatory, and litigation rights remain unaffected.
- Invalid or unenforceable provisions do not affect the rest of these Terms. Invalid provisions are handled under law; no claimed "final interpretation right" permits unilateral changes to either party's rights or obligations.
- For order inquiries, refunds, abuse reports, or questions about these Terms, use official support at ip123.us or email support@ip123.us.
